We are looking for multiple Interns to join our kitchen team at our café in Mumbai.


  • Assist in the design and preparation of all bakery & pastry products with the ability to produce high quality plates both design and taste wise.

  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers requirements.

  • Assisting in the planning, coordinating, and directing a food service catering operation relating to pastries, desserts & bakery products.

  • Research current trends for both the retail market and the centralized kitchen and assist in the development and standardization of recipes for quality.

  • Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards.

skills & qualifications

  • Current student or recent graduate from a culinary or hotel management programme.

  • Some previous experience working in a commercial kitchen (Internships or On job training are counted).

  • Highly motivated and eager to learn and grow with us. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Passionate about food and willingness to try new things.

  • Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team in a high-paced environment.

  • Have a flexible work schedule

  • Salary: As per industry standards

  • No vacations/holidays will be given on festivals and special occasions.
