Media & Customer Relations Associate

We are looking for a Media & Customer Relations Associate to join our team at our café in Mumbai.


  • Handling the day to day posting of high quality content that aligns with the brands identity to various social media channels like posts, stories and reels.

  • Managing customers on all channels of communication, eg. WhatsApp, Instagram and Phone calls.

  • Create fun and innovative social media campaigns for the brand(the bread bar) to increase brand visibility and conversions.

  • Handling the logistics of all direct orders and coordinating them with the kitchen team for dispatch.

  • Making a customer database of existing and potential new customers and pushing direct ads and offers. 

skills & qualifications

  • Recent college graduate with some relevant experience in a similar field.(Internship experience is counted)

  • Basic knowledge of image editing software like Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator is a plus.

  • Calm and patient while dealing with all kinds of customers. 

  • Creative thinker that is savvy with up and coming social media trends and topical content.

  • Eager to learn and grow with us. 

  • Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team in a high-paced environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Being passionate about food and willingness to try new things is considered a plus.
